Join the women of Immanuel Bible Church as we gather Around the Table in homes across Northern Virginia on Saturday, May 6, 9:30-11am. Whether you’re new to IBC or have been a member for years, we invite you to fellowship with old friends and make new ones, too. We will offer light refreshments with time for sharing and encouragement to strengthen your walk with the Lord. Sign up with a friend, request a gathering near your home, or be adventurous and travel across town to meet other IBC sisters in Christ. We're saving you a seat!

WHO MAY ATTEND?
Women, college-age and up, who are members and regular attendees of Immanuel Bible Church are welcome to attend. Please note that we will NOT have childcare. While we love children, this is a women-only event – nursing infants are welcome.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT WITH THIS EVENT?
Each host home will be assigned 8 to 12 women. When you arrive you will be greeted by your hostesses and light refreshments will be served. Hostesses will be prepared to facilitate connection with a variety of conversation topics.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?

CAN I BE ASSIGNED TO THE SAME HOME AS AN IBC FRIEND?
If you would like to attend Around the Table with a friend from IBC, please make sure you request each other when you register. Your request will be taken into consideration when assigning you to a home.
HOW AND WHEN DO I REGISTER?
There are three options for registration, which opens in March and will close on April 28:
- Fill out the form here (link) or use the QR code on any of our handouts to register online.
- Register in person at the women’s ministry table in the Atrium between Sunday services in April.
- Call the Women’s Ministry office at 703-813-1955.
Please note that you will NOT be able to register in the IBC Bookstore for this event.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring your favorite mug; you will get an opportunity to share why it’s your favorite! If you forget it, no worries, our hostesses have you covered.
HOW SHOULD I DRESS?
Our dress code is casual, which means jeans or dresses are fine – whatever makes you most comfortable.
WHAT FOOD & BEVERAGES WILL BE SERVED?
Hostesses will serve coffee, tea, and light refreshments. If you have any special dietary needs, please provide that information when you register.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION AFTER REGISTRATION?
You will receive an email confirmation after your registration has been processed. Final event details, including the address of your gathering, will be emailed by your hostesses the week of the event.
