KStation is a place where children are cared for and taught God’s word in a safe, creative and fun environment. All of our learning environments are specifically geared to meet the developmental, social and spiritual stages of all children from birth through 6th grade. Whether you’re being greeted by a friendly Supervisor in Foggy Bottom or hearing enthusiastic worship coming from the Downtown department, it’s obvious that exciting things are happening at KStation!
Planning on attending for the first time? When you arrive, make sure to visit our KStation Visitor Check-In counter, located in the Glass Breezeway (Entrance 3). There your child will be placed in the correct class and you and your child will receive matching security wristbands from one of our friendly Greeters. After you check in, we will be happy to escort you and your child to class! If you want to plan ahead, please view our KStation Class Schedule to see times and locations available for your child.
If you have questions about planning your child’s first visit to KStation, email Diana Warden, Director of KStation.

Partnering with You
At KStation we strive to teach and guide each child in their spiritual journey, but we also realize that you, as parents have the greatest opportunity to influence the spiritual development of their children. Each weekend your children will be taught truths from God’s word and sent home with tools and resources for you to continue the teaching at home. These resources are designed to create natural conversations about God as families experience life together just like in Deuteronomy 11:19 “Teach these to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”
Union Station – Our Shared Family Production
In addition to these resources each month we have a family experience called “Union Station” where 1st-6th graders and their parents come together to kick off our monthly Biblical virtue. This fun-filled production has hilarious skits, Bible teaching, fun music and give aways. Go to our Union Station link to find out more. We would love to see you there!
To keep you in the loop, regular department-specific emails are sent by KStation Department Coordinators. Thank you for making it a priority to read and follow up to our emails.
Safety and Security
Keeping your children safe while in KStation is very important to us. We are constantly evaluating our policies and procedures to ensure that we are providing safe learning environments for your children.
All children ages birth-6th grade are required to be checked in by a parent (or sibling 16 years or older) at one of our computer kiosks located throughout the KStation wing, and receive matching wristbands. Visitors and those not registered yet in KStation should go directly to our Visitor Check-In. After receiving wristbands, you will escort your children to class. Your children will only be dismissed to the parent who is wearing the matching wristband. For more information about our Central Check-In process, watch this video tutorial All of our volunteers have professed a faith in Jesus Christ and have passed appropriate background checks.
Our KStation Safety and Security Policy requires that a parent or responsible adult be on-site while a child is checked into KStation.
KStation could not function without our incredible volunteers. Click here for a list of our current volunteer openings. For more information about volunteering in KStation contact Diana Warden.
All regular attenders are encouraged to register their children in KStation. This ensures that your children are connected into their classes and helps us to build better connections with you. Register online here. To find your child’s class, click here
