GIVING AT IMMANUEL
Why do Christians give to their local church? The heart of the matter is simply that, everything belongs to God. It all begins with how we view ourselves. Are we owners who manage our own assets, or stewards who manage the wealth of another? The Elders and Pastors of Immanuel have prepared a booklet designed to help you understand our postition on giving to the local church, how it is an investment in the gospel and a deliberate growth discipline. Giving should be properly motivated and willingly offered, done wisely with an awareness of what it accomplishes and confidence that the gift is well managed. Take some time to read thru the booklet we have prepared and contact one of our Elders if you have questions regarding giving here at IBC.
