Central Union Mission Food Drive

Sunday, October 28 - at all services, bring donations to the Atrium
Every week the Mission provides nearly 300 people with non-perishable foods through their Ministry Resource Center. IBC holds a food drive in conjunction with our communion services in support of this important ministry. While many of the clients are not homeless, they do suffer financial hardships. The program serves senior citizens, single families, as well as the Hispanic community. The Mission recognizes that hunger does not always stem from homelessness or unemployment, it affects the working impoverished as well.
