Mission

To help adults with special needs learn about God and His word in order to provide them with an opportunity to receive the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Objectives

Caregivers: Partner with caregivers to provide a developmentally appropriate environment for their participant, which will allow caregivers to worship and connect within the church community.

Participants: Provide participants with a personal buddy to provide assistance in the class and a classroom environment that is tailored to their needs.

Volunteers: Train volunteers and support them in their service to adults with dsiabilities and their families.

We Welcome Adults Who...

Need support to participate in an ABF through appropriate accommodations and modifications 

This includes adults with a medical diagnosis

• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Down Syndrome
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
• Sensory Processing Disorder
• Global Developmental Delays

*A medical diagnosis is not required to receive support from Friends in Faith

Want to Serve in This Ministry?

We are currently looking for individuals willing to serve as classroom support during our weekend services. Buddies must be willing to serve weekly and be in communication with a family.
