AWANA is an international, Bible-centered ministry focused on evangelism and discipleship of children and youth from ages 2 through 18. Awana is highly relational and highly scriptural – kids connect with caring adults who help them understand the Gospel, study and memorize Scripture, and grow deep and lasting faith. A night at Awana involves time for building relationships, learning from Scripture, and having fun with team-building activities (like games, crafts, music and others) that vary by age group.
Our AWANA club meets on Sunday evenings from 5:00 to 7:00pm throughout the school year. Our club runs on the service of volunteers. Please consider serving weekly in one of your children’s clubs.
Open House: Sunday, August 18th, 5:00 - 6:30pm in the IBC gym.
Meet club directors, ask questions and purchase uniforms and books.
Opening Club Night: Sunday, September 8th, 5:00 - 7:00pm. Enter the church through Entrance #3. Check-in for those in 6th grade and younger opens at 4:45.
Registration Information
Early Registration Price (July 21 – August 3):
($20/per child / Max of $80 per family)
Regular Registration Price (beginning August 4):
($30/per child / Max of $120 per family)
If you have more than four children to register, please register your four oldest online. Contact Katrina Parshley for an offline form to use to register your other children to avoid paying over the $80 max.
The registration fee covers the cost of awards and general club supplies. It does not cover the cost of a handbook or uniform. These items are available for purchase in Immanuel Christian Bookstore.

Cubbies celebrates the spiritual potential of preschoolers (3- to 5-year-olds) by cultivating respect for God, His Son and His Word. Sparks ignites early elementary-age kids’ curiosity to learn about the people and events of the Bible and builds a foundation for knowing Jesus Christ. Grades K - 2
T&T (Truth & Training) focuses on the basics of the Christian faith, guiding upper elementary-age kids to a deeper understanding of God’s grace and how it affects our relationship with Him and others. Trek helps middle school students wrestle with three important questions – Who am I? Why am I here? Who’s with me? By allowing students to dive deep into the Scriptures and answer these questions for themselves, they come to own their faith and discover what they believe.
