Ryan Francis/ Pastor of Student Ministry /
Ryan was born in Los Angeles and raised in St. Louis. He earned his B.S. in mathematics at Illinois College, where he played football and came to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. He then returned to L.A. to complete a Masters of Divinity at The Master’s Seminary before coming to serve at Immanuel. He and his wife, Joyce, have four young children.

JJ Engelbrecht/ Pastoral Associate - Middle School /
JJ was born in Cape Town, SA. JJ is passionate about soccer, long-distance running, and music, but his greatest passion of all was produced by God following his salvation in 2010; and that passion is to lift high the Name of Jesus in all that he does. The manifestation of that desire has resulted in full-time ministry for the last 3 years, and has now led him to Immanuel.

Carly Mullinax/ Program Coordinator /
Carly was born in Buffalo, NY. After graduating from Liberty University, she moved to the Northern Virginia area and served as a police officer in Arlington County for several years. During this time, she developed a passion for helping children, which grew into a desire to disciple and teach children about the redeeming love of Christ. She and her husband, Jack, reside in Fairfax.
